Return Policy & Process

At Dionne Marie Signature Haute Ventures, all services are custom-designed, strategy-based, and delivered through a bespoke advisory process. As such, all sales are final and non-returnable once access to digital materials, sessions, or proprietary tools has been granted.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Due to the intellectual nature of our offerings and the exclusivity of our client engagements, refunds are not issued once a Commission Investment is confirmed.

All services rendered are documented and timestamped for your records. Disputes submitted through payment providers without prior communication may result in permanent dismissal from current and future engagements.

Cancellation Policy

Commission Investments are non-cancellable once confirmed, as each engagement triggers immediate allocation of advisory, research, and development resources.

If you are on a quarterly or annual auto-renewing plan, you may submit a formal cancellation no later than 7 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid renewal. Requests must be emailed to clientexperience@dmshv.com and will be acknowledged in writing.

No cancellations are honored retroactively.

Legal Restrictions

By commissioning Dionne Marie Signature Haute Ventures, you agree not to:

Copy, distribute, or reproduce proprietary materials, frameworks, or content
Share internal strategy materials with third parties without written consent
Use our digital tools or dossier materials for commercial resale, AI training, or unauthorized derivative works

Violations of these restrictions may result in legal action, termination of services, and pursuit of damages.

Your proprietary business information and submissions will be treated with strict confidentiality and stored securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Billing Authorization

By commissioning services, you authorize Dionne Marie Signature Haute Ventures to charge your chosen payment method for the stated amount and on the stated schedule (quarterly or annual). You agree to maintain updated payment details and understand that service delivery is contingent upon successful payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services. Advisory outcomes are based on strategic input and not actionable without your implementation.
